Legal Notice
1. Identifying information
In compliance with applicable regulations on information society services, the identifying details of the website owner are as follows: Company name: JRMD LAB, S.L. Tax ID: B87825642 Registered address: Lugar O Puntal (Vilarrube San Martino), 2, 15554 Valdovino, A Coruna, Spain Contact email: hola@wiblo.org Website: wiblo.org
2. Purpose
Wiblo (wiblo.org) is a technology platform specialising in traceability, Digital Product Passport (DPP) and regulatory compliance. It offers two types of services: bespoke technology consulting for companies requiring traceability or regulatory compliance solutions; and a subscription service (Pasaporte DPP) that enables textile brands to create, manage and publish their Digital Product Passport independently, in compliance with EU Regulation ESPR.
3. Terms of use
Access to and use of wiblo.org implies full acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with applicable law and not to enter false, misleading or third-party infringing data into Digital Product Passports. Wiblo does not verify the accuracy of data entered by users in their Digital Passports. Responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of published information rests entirely with the brand or company that enters it. Wiblo reserves the right to suspend access to accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. JRMD LAB, S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes shall take effect upon publication on the website.
4. Subscription service
The available subscription plans (Starter, Brand, Manufacturer) are billed monthly or annually according to the option selected by the user at the time of contracting. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Wiblo does not store or have access to the user's banking details. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the user panel. Upon cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the already billed period, without entitlement to a proportional refund. QR codes on Digital Passports published on physical labels will cease to function upon cancellation of a paid subscription, as the service requires an active subscription to keep public URLs operational. This circumstance is inherent to the service model and constitutes its primary natural retention factor. The Free plan allows publishing 1 product with an active QR code at no cost and with no time limit, provided the user keeps their account active.
5. Intellectual property
The source code, design, brand, logo and other contents of wiblo.org are the property of JRMD LAB, S.L. or its licensors, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation. Digital Product Passports generated by users contain data whose intellectual property and responsibility belong to the company that enters them. Wiblo acts as a data processor for such data and acquires no rights over it. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification of the contents of wiblo.org is prohibited without the express written authorisation of JRMD LAB, S.L.
6. Limitation of liability
Wiblo is committed to maintaining service availability above 99% monthly, although it does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions. Scheduled maintenance interruptions will be communicated with reasonable notice. Wiblo is not responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect use of the platform by the user, nor for the inaccuracy, falsity or omission of data entered by users in their Digital Passports. Final regulatory compliance before competent authorities (including compliance with the ESPR Regulation or any other applicable regulation) is the sole responsibility of the user company. Wiblo provides the technical tools to create and publish the DPP, but does not act as legal adviser and does not guarantee that the DPP generated is sufficient to meet specific regulatory requirements.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed in its entirety by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to, use of or contracting of the service, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of A Coruna, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
